Holographic comes in two languages, and they are not interchangeable. A mirror film reflects direction: the colour changes as the box turns, because what moves is the angle of the light. A sand-grain film reflects quantity: thousands of particles catch light at once, so the surface stays silver from every position but sparkles while it does. One is a liquid shift, the other is a fixed starfield. Choosing between them is choosing whether the box should move with the customer or glitter at her.

The mirror version is built by subtraction. The film is already the loudest thing on the shelf, so nothing else goes on it — one window, one heart cut into the window's lower edge, one line of black type beneath it. Because the heart is the same holographic material as the face, it changes colour with the box while the lashes behind the window stay matt, and the black wordmark gives the eye somewhere fixed to land.

The sand version spends its glitter where it does work: as a frame, not a ground. Ringing the window means the sparkle points at the product instead of competing with it, and the lilac face stays quiet enough for a violet wordmark to sit on it. The pair count printed at the right is a small decision with a retail job — it answers the question a buyer asks first when the window shows lashes but says nothing about how many.

Finish — mirror laser silver across the whole face, or glitter-sand laser silver used as a window frame on a printed ground — the width of that frame and how it is broken at the corners, ground colour and wordmark colour, print or foil, the heart cut and its depth, window size, inner card colour and finish, the pair count marker and its position, box construction (lid and base, drawer, book or sleeve over tray), finished size and board grade, pair count, an optional hang hole, and the back-panel copy are all customizable with your logo.
